Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship to the United Kingdom, but we’re excited to expand to other markets soon! Stay tuned for updates as we grow and bring Candella to more countries.

Shipping Fees

Enjoy free Standard shipping on all orders over £100. A £3.50 fee applies to orders under £100 for Standard shipping.

We also offer Express Shipping for a £8 fee.

Delivery Times

Orders with Standard or Free shipping are dispatched within the next 2 business days after confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days. Orders are sent via Royal Mail - Tracked 48.

Orders with Express shipping are dispatched the next business day after confirmation and delivered by 13:00 the following day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey until it arrives.
